Online Pre-Screen Intake Application

If you are interested in applying for our services, skip the phone lines and save time by completing the Pre-Screen intake application online via LegalServer! You will need to provide your income information and be able to describe your legal issue. Once received, Volunteer Legal Services Hawaii staff will review your Pre-Screen intake application and give you a call in 3-5 business days.
